결재조건 - L/C

 

기존의 문제점. 칠레 대부분의 수산업자들은 신용장을 선입수, 후 생산하여,

수요가 늘게되면 선적기간을 못지키고 신용장 기간을 연장해달라고 요구 하는 경우가 있어, 바이어의 피해가 많았습니다.

 

문제점을 해결하기 위해, 우리는  

선p.o( purchasing order )발행- 공장 작업 개시- 50%정도 제품 생산시 L/C 개설- L/C 개설후 보통 2주안 선적 ( 최대 20일)

 

L/C 개설시- 인스펙션 리포트를 Condition으로 추가하여, 매 선적시 제품 검품. 중국의 L/C 는 반드시 Prime Bank 의 Confirmation 이 필요함,

Incoterm: CFR Busan

Loding port Paita Peru Port.
Packing: Frozen in carton box of net weight 20.00kg/1 block and add of 3% 0.60kgs free of charge quantity.
Total weight 20.60 kgs/1 carton box.
Payment: Irrevocable at sight Letter of Credit.
Documents:
-Full set of Bill of Lading,
-Commercial invoice,
-Packing list,
-Certificate of origin.
-Inspection report Tolerance: +/- 3% variation on quantity and amount and water evaporation rate is allowed
Shipment date: Within 30days after received of L/C
Expiry date L/C: 21 days after shipment
Presentation: Within 21 days of date of transport document but within expiry of credit at issuing bank
Others: Partial shipment and transshipment allowed.
TT Reimbursement allowed.
Water evaporation rate 3% add to the shipment.
